Join us at the WNY Service coordination Institute's 1st annual conference for MSC's and Supervisors!
The WNY Service Coordination Institute offers:
- Trainings to enhance your skills so you can become an awesome service coordinator
- Training to Medicaid Service Coordinators (MSC) and MSC Supervisors in the Western NY DDSO service area
- A series of three days of workshops scheduled on a regular basis during the year
- Competency-based, hands-on, concrete trainings
- Limited enrollment
- Participants must have completed the core prior to attending these sessions
